In the meantime, my PeekabooPicks column for the week went up this morning, and I shared my favorite music of the moment. Or should I say Jillian's favorites for the moment? Rather than rehash each one, I'll send you over to "Tune In While They Tune Out" for a look at my favorite Anne Murray album from when I was a kid (yes, laugh all you want), the Rockabye Baby lullaby albums from Green Day and Metallica that I found at Psychobaby, the Spanish-teaching Professor Pocket CDs, Hot Peas N Butter's new hit CD, a children's album from jazz artists Martin, Medeski and Wood and fin
ally the host of our newest giveaway.Cher Klosner and her brother Gene managed to record a lullaby CD that doesn't bore me to tears or make me want to tear out the little hair I have left. If you don't think that's much of a compliment, you haven't listened to a kids CD lately!
Cher has one of those classic voices - which matches with the music she sings, classic children's lullabyes that send them off to a restful sleep. And she's offering up a deal for September to Inside Out and Peekaboo readers: enter "NOVA9" at her checkout from the Stardust Lullaby store, and you'll get 20 percent off plus free shipping. It's only good through Sept. 30, so get on over there.
OR, win one by leaving a comment with your favorite clip from her preview collection! This giveaway will end on Monday, Sept. 15, so leave a comment now to get in line! Remember - pick a username so I can identify the winner (you can do that without signing up for a Blogger account), and make sure you check back to see who won. Better yet, subscribe to make sure you get in on any of our giveaways.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is an all time favoorite of mine! (and I hope my little guy's, he sure hears it enough). I also like the fact that all the songs have an instrumental version, I find them to be more soothing just as baby is drifting to sleep!

I remember the song "I see the moon" from my childhood. I see though that they changed the lyrics to be a bit less religious. Still it is a nice, soothing CD.
