The past two days aside, I spent the week wondering how I'm going to make it to my self-imposed October 1st deadline for turning on the heat. I'm freezing. Yes, I know I was raised in the North. But somehow my layer of fur never made its way out of the womb. Maybe that's why my brother is always sweating?
I've realized there's only one way to guarantee I won't freeze through the night, no matter how many times my husband rolls, snuffling, away with my covers. Footed pajamas! Yes, I'm taking my fashion inspiration from my 3-year-0ld, do you have a better suggestion? JumpinJammerz actually has matching mommy and child footie pajamas.
I'm not ready to jump on that bandwagon, but for moms whose kids are hooked to their fleecy footies but haven't been able to find anything in the larger sizes, here's your answer. They have everything from footless (what's the point) to the "drop down seat" (reminds me of the little boy at Christmas with the dog pulling at the back of his long johns).
Oh, and did I mention they're warm? I'm not even going to mention oil prices, I'm just going to give you the link . . .

I realized I had to add one of these because people let their minds run away with them sometimes. Wait, where was I?
The reviews I put up on this site are NOT paid for by any company. They come from my little ol' head. Some of the products I found myself - on the 'net, at the store, or from other moms. Some were sent my way by publicists. Usually they didn't fit the mold of another project I was working on, but I thought they were so cool I couldn't help sharing!
As for what happens to the products I didn't care for - you'll never know! Because I won't write about them on here. So if you see it, I liked it. 'Nuff said!

Yes, its cold. But seriously October 1st. I'm trying to hold out for November 1st. With the cost of fuel oil the longer the better.
But as for the PJ's I love the ones with the drop down seat. It reminds me of the ones I had as a kid.
